The project you build through your Winged Roadmap is perfectly suited to include on college applications, resumes, scholarship essays, and anywhere else you're asked to show what you've made.
Roadmaps include opportunity matching and framing so you can see how your work maps onto programs, fellowships, and awards. You leave with clearer narratives and evidence, not just a list of activities, so those applications feel more grounded and specific.

Common questions

If you're a young founder managing heavy constraints like rigorous academics, family responsibilities, mental health, low-income background, or other challenges, you're the target audience. You must be 13 or older to use Winged Founders.
Currently, the Winged Roadmap is free. Optional paid add-ons exist on the services page but nothing gates your ability to participate.
No, the Winged Roadmap is for any stage of development. If you're still figuring out where to begin, read how to start a social impact project or what the Winged Roadmap is. Starter resources are on the Services page :]
Request your roadmap with your goals, and WF builds a personalized path around them (setting milestones, suggesting resources, matching future opportunities, personal/mission prompts, and much more.) You work through it at your own pace, with support on the site and @wingedfounders on Instagram. Upon completion of the roadmap, you will receive a free promotion across our social media channels.
A personalized Winged Roadmap as a Google Doc, usually around 20-25 pages, so it's easy to open, edit, comment, and share with mentors, teachers, or collaborators. Everything lives in one place you already know how to use.
Every roadmap is written and reviewed by Genavive Ramirez, WF's founder.
Roadmaps are estimated to arrive within 1-7 business days after your request is accepted. You'll receive it on the same email thread where you submitted.
No. The Winged Roadmap is fully asynchronous (usually around 20-25 pages), so you can work through it around school, caregiving, and whatever else you're juggling. No mandatory meetings.
Yes. Constraint details you share on the request form stay private and are only used to pace your roadmap realistically. Your filled-in answers stay yours. See the Privacy Policy for more.

Welcome to Winged Founders

est. in my room

I’m Genavive Ramirez, the founder of WF. This is a platform I’ve been building since 2024 (from my bedroom! ₊˚⊹)

Our community is focused on ideating, launching, and scaling their social impact projects in the most authentic way possible: from their rooms + born out of personal pain points. Whether you’ve noticed a gap in a system that was meant to serve you, learned about a problem you can’t stop thinking about, or want to grow from your personal circumstances, Winged Founders is dedicated to materializing your ideas.

While we are currently growing the services we offer, the Winged Roadmap is our signature: a ~20 page document that takes you from idea to execution. Inside are templates for you to write up a mission statement, track your growth, practice narrative-style writing, and much more! Basically 1:1 mentorship in a doc you can visit, share, and edit anytime. If you need help building actionable steps, articulating your story, and growing systematically, you might find the Roadmap highly valuable!

Finally, a keystone principle of Winged Founders is giving back to our community. Upon completion of a Roadmap, we highly recommend submitting your project to our Portfolio page for future visitors to connect/learn from you, and sharing your post-Roadmap metrics on our Impact section. We are incredibly proud of our alumni and are enthusiastic to continue supporting your growth far beyond completion of any Roadmap or service.
