Winged Founders respects the privacy of our customers, website visitors, and partners. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website and use our services, how we use it, and how we protect it.
When you request a Winged Roadmap or a service, you may share information such as:
We use this information to create and deliver your roadmap or service, communicate with you about your request, and, only if you opt in, to feature your initiative or collect feedback publicly.
Roadmap requests are sent to us by email through a Google Apps Script connected to Gmail, so we can reply with your personalized roadmap. Service forms (for example, organization promotion or the opportunities masterdoc) are submitted through FormSubmit. In both cases, submissions are delivered to everuhz@gmail.com. Those providers process the data you submit so we can receive and respond to it.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (for example, pages visited and general traffic patterns). Google may collect device and usage data according to its own policies. You can learn more in Google’s documentation on Analytics and privacy.
We use cookies and similar technologies, including through Google Analytics and, at times, Cloudflare. These are typically used to improve our user experience, analyze how the site is used, and better understand our users. Cloudflare cookies, when used, are generally for security and performance (for example, helping protect the site from bots). On the Services page, we may store a short-lived session flag in your browser after you unlock gated content, so you don’t have to re-enter the password during that session. We do not use that flag to identify you across sites. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser if you prefer.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to operate the site and deliver services: with email and form processors described above, with analytics providers, and if required by law. If you consent to being featured, we may share details you approved (such as your initiative name and impact) on Instagram or elsewhere. If you want any information removed, contact everuhz@gmail.com and we will help promptly.
Winged Founders treats your initiative details, form responses, and filled-in roadmap answers as confidential by default. We do not publish your personal information or your responses without your permission. Public features, testimonials, case studies, or social posts happen only when you opt in — and case-study-style posts receive an additional approval step before anything goes live.
During beta, we may ask whether we can share the structure of a Winged Roadmap™ (layout and prompts) without your personal responses. That choice is captured on the request form.
Each Winged Roadmap™ we deliver includes a unique request or product ID tied to your copy. This helps us support you, track completion perks, and identify unauthorized sharing of gated materials. Please do not redistribute your roadmap or paid deliverables to people who have not requested or purchased them.
We keep request and correspondence records as long as needed to deliver your roadmap or service, follow up when appropriate, and maintain basic program records. We aim to archive inactive submission records within 12 months of last contact unless you are an active roadmap holder or we need the record for an open request. You can ask us to delete or update your information sooner by emailing everuhz@gmail.com.
Our domain and website traffic are hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, request logs, and security-related signals as part of providing DNS, content delivery, and protection for the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own terms and privacy practices, in addition to this policy.
Winged Founders is operated from the United States and is open to people age 13 and older worldwide. Information you provide, and technical data such as analytics and security logs, may be processed in the United States by us and by providers such as Google and Cloudflare. If you use the site from another country, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different privacy rules than your country. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you’ve shared by emailing everuhz@gmail.com.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information we receive. If we become aware of a security incident or data breach that compromises personal information we hold, we will investigate promptly and notify affected individuals and, where required, relevant authorities without undue delay. Notices will describe what happened to the extent we know, what information may have been involved, and steps you can take. If you believe your information has been compromised in connection with Winged Founders, contact everuhz@gmail.com right away.
Winged Founders is built for young founders, including teens, but this site and our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. People under 13 are not permitted to use Winged Founders or submit requests. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our request form blocks submission when an age under 13 is entered.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 shared information with us, contact everuhz@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will delete that information.
You can choose not to submit forms, limit optional fields, decline public-feature permissions, and contact us to access, correct, or delete information you’ve shared. You may also adjust browser settings related to cookies and analytics.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
