These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Winged Founders website and services, including Winged Roadmap™ deliverables and related offerings. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Winged Founders.
“Winged Roadmap” and “Winged Roadmap™” refer to Winged Founders’ personalized mentorship hyperdoc format. The Winged Founders name, branding, and roadmap structure are proprietary unless otherwise noted.
We treat your form responses and filled-in roadmap content as confidential unless you opt in to being featured. Beta users may separately consent to us sharing the roadmap structure only (without personal responses) for marketing examples. Unauthorized sharing, leaking, or redistribution of your roadmap copy or any paid/gated materials violates these Terms and may result in terminated access.
Winged Founders is a youth-focused initiative. We provide free personalized Winged Roadmaps and related resources to help young people build social impact projects. Questions: everuhz@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Winged Founders or submit a request. This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and people under 13 are not permitted to use them. By using the site or submitting a form, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the site or services at any time.
The core Winged Roadmap and all other Winged Founders services are subject to price changes. We may introduce fees, change free offerings, or update pricing for future requests and enrollments. We will not change the price of a service after you have already paid for that specific purchase or enrollment. Any new price applies only going forward to new requests or renewals, not to what you already paid.
For free services, we do not offer refunds, as no payment is collected. For paid services, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been fully rendered, meaning we have started work or you have received the materials, access, advice, or other deliverable you purchased.
Where available, you can review previews of a product or service before you request or purchase it. After you complete a service, you may be offered the chance to leave a review or testimonial.
We will refund a paid charge if we cannot or do not deliver the paid service you purchased, if you were billed in error, or if we cancel a paid service before work begins. If you violate these Terms, including by sharing, distributing, reselling, or leaking paid or gated materials, we may terminate access without a refund.
Refund requests can be sent to everuhz@gmail.com. If a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Where consumer protection laws require a refund or cancellation right, those laws control.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or a specific outcome. Winged Founders operates on business days only: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not business days and do not count toward delivery estimates. Messages or requests received outside those hours are treated as received on the next business day.
When we accept a roadmap request, we aim to deliver within the timeframe we communicate, but timing can vary with volume and complexity. Roadmaps are educational mentorship plans, not legally binding contracts for results.

What you decide to do with our suggestions, materials, and services is at your own discretion and risk. Applying to fellowships, grants, or other programs, and any changes you make to your initiative or organization, are always your decisions.
Winged Founders sometimes provides information, content, suggestions, discussions, and materials. What we share with each customer may be selected or framed around the initiative details they provide, but it remains basic, general, and objective information for educational purposes only. It is not a professional assessment of anyone’s specific legal, tax, accounting, or financial situation. None of that constitutes formal legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice, or any other professional advice.
You should consult a qualified or licensed attorney, accountant, tax professional, or financial advisor before making any legal or financial decisions, filings, or structural changes for your social initiative or organization. Winged Founders and its owner are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal or tax consequences incurred by any person or entity who relies on suggestions or information we provide.
The Winged Founders name, branding, site design, and materials we create (including roadmaps and service deliverables) are owned by Winged Founders or used with permission. You may use materials we provide for your own initiative’s internal use as intended. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit our branding or materials without our written permission.
Paid or gated services, materials, deliverables, and access credentials must not be shared, distributed, resold, leaked, or otherwise made available to anyone who has not requested or paid for that service themselves. If you do, we may terminate your access immediately without a refund.
You keep ownership of content you submit about your initiative. By submitting, you grant us a limited license to use that content to fulfill your request and, only if you opt in, to feature your story or initiative publicly.
The site and roadmaps may link to third-party websites, programs, or tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or outcomes. Your use of third-party services is between you and them. We encourage you to review their terms and policies before using them.
How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Winged Founders, you also acknowledge that policy.
WINGED FOUNDERS MATERIALS ARE CREATED BY US, OR USED WITH PERMISSION OR AS OTHERWISE ALLOWED. WE DO NOT COPY OTHER PEOPLE’S WORK, AND WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY INCLUDE CONTENT THAT INFRINGES SOMEONE ELSE’S RIGHTS.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ROADMAPS OR RESOURCES WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS (INCLUDING FUNDING, AWARDS, ADMISSIONS, OR IMPACT METRICS).
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINGED FOUNDERS, ITS OWNER, AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, SUGGESTIONS, DISCUSSIONS, OR MATERIALS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THAT SERVICE WAS FREE).
SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIABILITY LIMITS. IF THOSE RULES APPLY TO YOU, SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY IN FULL, AND OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS WINGED FOUNDERS, ITS OWNER, AND ITS AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES; CONTENT YOU SUBMIT; YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS; YOUR UNAUTHORIZED SHARING, DISTRIBUTION, RESALE, OR LEAKING OF PAID OR GATED MATERIALS; OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR ANYONE ELSE’S RIGHTS.
We may refuse, suspend, or end access to the site or services, including without a refund where these Terms allow, if you violate these Terms (including the no-sharing rules), misuse the platform, or if we need to protect the community or our operations. You may stop using Winged Founders at any time. Provisions that should survive (such as intellectual property, no-sharing rules, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, you agree that courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
